About me
With a first-class degree in Sports Rehabilitation, alongside a diploma in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol, I have always been fascinated by how to optimise the body.

My professional experience includes working in elite rugby and football environments, where international players sought out my soft-tissue work beyond scheduled team sessions.

After years of severe back pain and disc injury myself, which once limited my ability to walk, sit, or sleep, I now train across multiple sports and am working towards competing in Olympic weightlifting at British Championship level. I got into Sports Rehabilitation to resolve my own pain - my first case study was myself!

Sessions with clients are deliberately unhurried and unconstrained, combining manual therapy, assessment, and movement in the balance required to support lasting performance and resilience.
